I picked the brake shop at random for a front-end alignment. I am the type of guy who never allows anyone to work on or service any vehicle I own with the exception of things I do not have the tools for such as an alignment. Immediately I picked up all these guys sincerity and honesty. They will let you know if something is not needed at the time as well as what is necessary immediately. Carl is knowledgeable and seems eager to make the customer happy. He's been helpful even with questions on repairs I may be doing myself. I send anyone who ask for a shop to them with confidence. My experience was great! The team has great customer service skills!!! Carl & Gene both kept me informed about what they found during their vehicle inspection and diagnostic tests. They were open and honest about all of their findings as well as with pricing.
