I rarely write reviews, but the customer service I received was so out of the ordinary. I worked with Carl to get my brakes repaired. I had to call him back several times with questions that often ended in me saying “I need to think about it and call you back”. He never seemed bothered and gave me time to figure out what I wanted to do. We originally thought it was the master cylinder. They replaced it but that didn’t fix the problem. They had to go far into Phoenix to get the part they thought might be the problem. That was it and now my van breaks great! Even though that repair was twice as expensive and the original, they honored the original quote.
